The nylon traction pulley is manufactured from high-quality cast nylon (PA 6G / MC nylon). As a key component of the elevator traction system, it changes the direction of wire rope force and increases the center distance between the car and counterweight. It offers significant advantages including self-lubrication, maintenance-free operation, and low noise.

· Self-Lubricating & Oil-Free: The nylon material has a low friction coefficient, requiring no grease during operation. It eliminates oil contamination and greatly reduces maintenance costs.
· Quiet Operation: The material naturally absorbs vibration and reduces noise. When paired with precision bearings, it significantly lowers friction noise during elevator operation.
· Lightweight & Durable: Weighs only about 1/7 of a steel sheave, making installation and handling easier. Offers excellent wear resistance and long service life.
· Precision Machining: Rope grooves are CNC-machined for accurate dimensions, effectively reducing wire rope wear.
· High-Visibility Color: The internationally standardized yellow color alerts maintenance personnel to rotating parts.
